The mission of TW-5 is to Train Warriors & Develop Leaders and this event is a key component.  The work in TW-5 focuses on developing in our young officers and aircrew the capability to employ an airborne weapon system across the spectrum of conflict.  The Fly-In offers an opportunity to pass on from one generation to the next the traditions, heritage, and Fleet experience that makes Naval Aviation such a great profession.
