Note to NHA Airlift Coordinators,
NHA Airlift Coordinators.
After getting some good feedback and talking to NALO, I have change the due dates fro head counts and sending the airlift message:

1) Head counts by the squadrons should be completed by COB Wednesday, March 5, 2008.
2) Your message should be sent by COB Friday, March 7, 2008. Remember, this is sent by you, the Airlift Coordinator.

The purpose of this change is to still give NALO a sufficient heads up for the travel request (about 30 days) but minimize the number of people who sign up and cancel or who don't sign up until the last minute. Thanks for you for your hard work and flexibility. Keep canvassing those squadrons!
