Retired Helicopter Group Dinner

Date: Wednesday 1 November 2017
Time: 5:30 Cocktails/6:30 Dinner
Location: Phil’s BBQ at 3750 Sports Arena Blvd Directions - Phil’s Party Room is located at the rear of the parking lot.
Menu: A fixed menu will be served buffet style of pork ribs, chicken, baked beans, coleslaw, iced tea, lemonade, and desert. There will also be a no-host bar.
Price: $34.00/person

Reservations: Reservation deadline is October 24, 2017. Reservations are first come, first served basis to the first 120 people to complete registration.

NHA Refund Policy
The registration deadline is [date: October 24, 2017. Refunds are available prior to [date: October 18, 2017. After this date you may send an alternate to the event without additional charge. To request a cancellation or to make a change please send an email to Membership at membership@navalhelicopterassn.org. Refunds will be processed within 48 business hours upon receipt.

Refunds, less a 3% cancellation fee, will be given for cancellations received in writing to membership@navalhelicopterassn.org prior to [date: October 18, 1017. Following this date, NHA will issue a credit for use towards another event within one year.
