Please Note: Award nominations are for calendar year events, 01 Jan - 31 Dec 2008) vice fiscal year.
September 2008 - Naval Message released to all rotary commands and letters sent to Commanding officers requesting nominations for awards.
31 December 2008- Award data period closes for CY08.
12 January 2009 - Award inputs due to Regional Presidents.
31 January 2009 - Announcement of Regional winners/regional awards presentations. (Varies with each region. At discretion of Regional Presidents).
02 February 2009- Regional Awards nominations due to National NHA VP for Awards.

20 March 2009- Naval message released announcing National NHA award winners. National Award winners notified by NHA headquarters/National office.
5 May 2009 - Symposium Awards Presentation and Luncheon will be held at Town and Country Resort and Convention Center.
