Regional Awards
National Awards

Regional awards should be presented to the individuals during appropriate ceremonies 90 days prior to the scheduled annual convention date. Regions should ensure maximum possible publicity for Regional Award winners within the Region, in the Navy, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, and in related industrial internal news organs. Regions may propose additional categories of awards to the National President for consideration by the Board of Directors. One time only awards, applicable to individual Regions may be implemented at the discretion of each Region. Winners will receive recognition in Rotor Review and in the Symposium Program.

Each year NHA sponsors several national awards with the winners being chosen from a field of regional award winners. The regional winners information (copies of nomination form, award citations and other pertinent information) is forwarded to the Vice President for Awards as soon as praticable, but no later than 60 days prior to Symposium.

The National Awards Committee chooses the national winners from the regional pool and the winners are notified .
